Ingredients
300 g of crab meat
1 tablespoon of butter
1 dessert spoon of finely chopped onion
100 ml coconut milk
100 g of cream
5 chopped basil leaves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
40 g of grated parmesan cheese
In a pan, sauté the onion in butter until golden. Add the crab meat and keep for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and cream and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Cook for 2 minutes and adjust the salt if necessary. Remove the cream from the heat and distribute it into 2 scallop shells or ramekins. Sprinkle with parmesan and brown in the oven until golden. Serve accompanied by lemon cut into wedges.
