Ingredients
6 open oysters
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 dessert spoon of fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, basil, rosemary) finely chopped
3 tablespoons bread crumbs or Panko flour
Remove the upper part (valve) of the oysters. Mix the remaining ingredients and cover the oysters. Broil until golden. Serve with lemon wedges.
